• VisiblePlatformSecurity The MCP server can read the rules and ask for changes to them. augur_policy returns every model’s fields, augur_policy_edit queues weight, pause, note and hold-rule edits that the running app applies within a minute, and augur_pick_preview ranks the models with edits applied first. Edits to data tier, ask first, output, sandbox, cost, status, data handling and limits wait in Model rules until you accept them.
• VisibleUI The panel opens on the usage view when Augur starts. Turn off Open the panel at launch in settings to keep Augur in the tray until you open it.

Fixed

• InternalPlatform A release can be published for a tag that adds a workflow file. GitHub’s automatic workflow token cannot create a release for the first tag that adds a workflow file, so the installer jobs failed with a 403 on v1.2.0. For such a tag, create the release first with gh release create <tag> --verify-tag --prerelease, re-run the failed jobs so they attach the installers, then mark the release as latest.
