🩹Neo Angband: Bug Fixes v0.19.2

Fixed

• Player notes now retain their raw input under the Text and history toggle (bugfix.textAndHistory) and expand when history is displayed. A long player name no longer truncates a full /say note or drops its closing quote from a saved character history or character dump (#6665). With the toggle off, history remains faithful to Angband 4.2.6’s expanded-and-truncated entry.
