🩹Neo Angband: Bug Fixes v1.1.0

• A new “Borg Fixes” section: corrections to the Borg mod’s own bookkeeping, in the same spirit as everything else here - the Borg mod ports upstream Angband’s own autoplayer, so a defect in how it tracks its own state is the same kind of fix as a core one, just living in a different mod. Greyed out and forced off when the Borg mod is not installed, since it has nothing to patch without it (neo-angband#32).

• This version requires Neo Angband 1.2.0 or newer. manifest.json’s engine range moves from >=1.0.0 to >=1.2.0: the Borg Fixes toggle above works by handing its resolved flag to the Borg mod’s own ctx.flags, a cross-mod propagation core only gained in 1.2.0. Installing this version on an older engine would show the toggle as on with nothing behind it, instead of the correct greyed-out-until-supported state.
