Fixed

• The first Ctrl-=/Ctrl-- or Ctrl-Arrow input during gameplay-grid activation is now cancelled and applied after activation instead of leaking to Electron or disappearing. The same activation gap swallowed the first Ctrl-Wheel completely; it now applies the pointer-targeted zoom after the grid becomes active.
• The documented play-grid zoom keys are Ctrl-= and Ctrl--. Holding Shift with either zoom key scales the independent HUD/sidebar instead.
