🛠️Neo Angband: Quality of Life v1.4.0

Added

• VisibleAccessibility The activation shortcut helper now offers an unused keymap whenever you learn a spell or gain a known activatable item. Accept the suggested function key, choose another free trigger, or decline the individual offer. The helper uses a host-owned modal that closes with Escape and never overwrites an existing shortcut (#167).

Changed

• VisibleCompatibility This version requires Neo Angband 1.8.0 or newer. The helper uses the new ability-gained notification and consented keymap facade, neither of which exists on an older engine.
