• Player/testing profiles: a new (P)rofile row, first on the title screen, opens a screen to create, rename, delete, and switch between named profiles. Each profile keeps its own options, mod loadout, and save roster within the one install; only the Hall of Fame scores are shared across all of them. The starting profile needs no setup - it is the default until a second one is created, at which point creating it offers to name the original and to start the new one from the current profile’s settings or from a full reset. Switching profiles reloads the game (#163).

Removed

• The Mods menu’s Profiles... row, which let a player save the currently enabled mod set and capability consents under a name and switch back to it - superseded by player/testing profiles above, which carry an independent mod loadout per profile (#163).
